TVB Best Actress Rosina Lam (林夏薇) has publicly denied rumors that she is facing bankruptcy after a petition was reportedly filed against her in the High Court by Lau Kwong & Hung Solicitors. According to the judiciary’s website, a hearing is scheduled for August 26, 2025.

Rosina, who married finance executive Jason Mok (莫贊生) in 2015, has often been seen living a lavish lifestyle, including showcasing their luxurious HK$1.5 billion mansion on The Peak.

Responding to the news, Rosina clarified:

“My husband Jason’s rental property company is involved in a lawsuit and is currently appealing. This matter is unrelated to me directly. Everything has been handed over to our lawyer, and I have not received any official notice.”

To reinforce her statement, Rosina later uploaded a legal letter on social media. On the evening of May 30, she addressed the matter again on Weibo:

“Thank you all for your concern. I am not bankrupt. Please stop spreading rumors. Our lawyer is handling the situation.”

This is not the first time financial rumors have surrounded the couple; similar speculation emerged back in 2018.
